Welcome to Water Fitness and Swim

This website is designed to encourage more people to take advantage of the water. Water is all around us and every year we see unnecessary drowning in pools, the ocean, ponds and rivers. Not everyone is meant to be on the swim team but everyone should, as young as possible, learn to be safe in the water. It is also never too late to learn to swim. For those of you who are adults, think about the impact you will make on your children and grandchildren by learning to swim.

The water is also a great way to work out. Swimming is wonderful exercise and so are water fitness classes. It is a low impact way to get a great workout. It is an incredible way to cross-train! We challenge marathon runners, triathletes, golfers, tennis players and bikers to give this a try. You will see results.

The water is also a great for rehabilitation from sports injuries, surgeries or arthritis and other chronic conditions. With the aid of the water you will be moving with greater flexibility and less pain.

We offer one-on-one and group lessons - there is literally something for everyone. We encourage you to get in the water, get fit, be safe and have a great time.
